The $1.6 million Sky Chef Flight Kitchen Expansion added 4,000 square feet of office space and 12,000 square feet of kitchen space to the existing facility. This difficult project was completed in six months with work beginning in the middle of winter. Close coordination with the owner was required during all phases of construction, as the kitchen facility had to remain fully operational to meet Sky Chef's commitment to their clients.
