"Working with brick and mortar that is 122 years old and fragile requires special attention and sensitivitty to the demolition required to accomplish the task at hand."

-Jim Hirte, President

The oldest building among Oregon's eight colleges and universities, Campbell Hall is a two-story Gothic structure built in 1871. The Phase One $1.2 million renovation included a completely new foundation system under the entire building while also excavating the basement an additional three feet, and providing extensive structural improvements to the first floor and roof system.
